| I got into fitness about 18 years ago with some weight training and mostly cardio. My goal back then was
to stay thin. I went off and on for a couple of years and after my 2nd daughter was born I then started to teach
step aerobics and later on kickboxing aerobics. About 4 years ago my weight started to creep up on me and I
needed to get it under control so I entered a Body For Life Challenge to get into better shape and lose some
body fat. It worked I went from around 18% down to 12%. A few months later I decided to try my hand at competing so I entered a Figure competition in April of 2003 and placed 4th. From there I was hooked I've placed in the top 5 of 5 contests. I competed at Jr. Nationals last year to get the experience of a national level show. In the past year, I've spent time adding muscle size and training very hard. I've since gotten a website with a nutrition shop and a VIP Section I'm also a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor and have a vast knowledge of supplementation and nutrition. I'm a contributor with www.planetphysique.com and will soon have a member's area.
